We here at FiPS are pretty voyeuristic (read: window peepers with a raging case of status anxiety). Turns out you guys are too! • How did you find this place?: A broker.  Wasn't too crazy about forking over that kind of cash for someone to open a door, but I've been here over 2 years, so it was worth the investment.
• Amenities: One block from the F/G train, literally right across the street from Prospect Park, amazing hardwood floors.
• Who calls this place home?: A jerk in advertising.
• What's really good about this joint?: Large kitchen and living room, tall ceilings, amazing hardwood floors, private and back-facing.
• What's really bad about this joint?: Small bedroom and bathroom, building's hallway is a bit of a disaster; it's almost never cleaned and almost always in the middle of a construction project.
