The Snowflake Celebration Numero Uno Is TONIGHT!

Today is the first of Park Slope's annual "buy shit in the hood" (my tagline, not theirs) Snowflake Celebrations!

There are a ton of local participating businesses, some of whom will have some wine, treats and other surprises for any shoppers who swing on by this eve. Also, NO SALES TAX, BTCHZ!

You should check out the list of participating businesses here, cause a lot of them are even offering additional discounts on top of this no sales tax shiz.

So yeah: come on out and buy all your stupid xmas and hannukah pressies in Park Slope, cause if your ass is lazy like mine, you won't have to go far! Also it's nice-n-stuff.

If you can't make it out tonight (shops are all open late!) they're doing another one on Dec. 16th.

Naughty Office Holiday Party is TONIGHT [Another Success Story]

If you’re anything like me, you probably wait until the last minute to get your shit together. So I’m going to go out on a limb and say you probs haven’t bought tix yet to the BK Hookup’s Single Holiday Office Party tonight (The Bell House, 7pm).

It’s okay – there’s still plenty of time to get your tix here (plus, they’re for sale at the door, peeps). But in case your on the fence about whether or not it’s worth it, let me go ahead and introduce you to David and Jenna.

Sure, they haven’t gone as far as to get married like these two saps. But damn – making it a year together? That’s at least 10 months longer than I’ve made it with someone in years. That’s something to celebrate!

Raise Your Hand If You Wanna Get Laid

Look, my name isn't Heidi Fleiss, so of course I can't GUARANTEE that you'll get laid at the Naughty Office Holiday Party this Weds night at the Bell House, but I can tell you this much:

• The Bell House will be busting at the seams with lots of hot-n-sexy single bros and bitches.
• There will be some major drink specials (i.e. EVERYONE WILL BE DRUNK).
• People are always way lonelier around the holiday time.
• DJ Car Stereo Wars is gonna provide you with lots of opps to dirty dance up against ppl.
• The sexy sandwich bar will provide you with the fuel you'll need to flirt ALL. NIGHT. LONG.
• You can take holiday pics at our makeshift Sears portrait studio to remember this night 4 evs.
• All Most Some of our single FIPS writers will be there.
• I looked it up: statistically speaking, apart from Sat, Weds is the 2nd most popular night of the week to get laid. 

So you should obvs go get your tix pronto.

Marta and Tim met at last year's Naughty Office Holiday party and now they are hitched...like legally! That's them above on their wedding day in Central Park!

I'm pretty sure this is our first BK Hookup marriage, and also the thing that *might* karmically save me from going straight to hell. All I know is, it's totally fucking amazing. 

If you don't already have your ticket, get one. Cause maybe you'll end up like Marta and Tim. Or not, and maybe you'll just get laid. Either way, you need to be prepared.
