[WHAT YOU SHOULD ORDER AT...] BLUE RIBBON
IMAGE VIA PARK SLOPE LENS
WHAT YOU SHOULD ORDER AT... is a recurring column designed in kind for your opinionated asses and our lazy asses. We're going to pick one Park Slope resto a week and recommend our favorite dish at each. Are we right? Are we wrong? YOU KNOW YOU WANNA WEIGH IN.
Yes, yes, we all know that the Bromberg Brothers are culinary royalty in New York City, and their Blue Ribbon empire has expanded to include eight bars, restaurants, and bakeries in the city, not including their Las Vegas venture and their Renaissance Hotels partnership.
My dinner at their Park Slope location (280 5th Ave at 1st St, 718-840-0404) didn't exactly blow me away, but I am a big fan of their raw bar.
With summer Fridays approaching, you can head in there from the time they open until 6:30PM and scarf down their oysters for $1.50 each, paired with a glass of wine for $8.
What's your favorite thing to order at Blue Ribbon?
