* How did you find this place?: Craigslist
* Amenities: Quiet block-Great views of Greenwood Cemetery & Manhattan Skyline-Large rooms!
* Who calls this place home?: Brett-Illustrator, Ashley-Nanny Extraordinaire and 3 year old mutt, Mason-Professional Napper.
* What's really good about this joint?: Our insanely large kitchen! (by New York standards)
* What's really bad about this joint?: A little far from F Train. In the summer it's no problem, but the winter can be a bit of an inconvenience.

  • Amenities: High ceilings, gorgeous light, excellent neighbors
  • Who calls this place home?: Data Analyst at digital marketing firm in Dumbo, Curatorial Assistant at UES art museum, two cats (unemployed)  
  • What's really good about this joint?: Our backyard--perfect for bbqs and squirrel watching
  • What's really bad about this joint?: Cats never pay their f*%^ing rent

    Trouble At the Arias?

Personally, I've been fully mesmerized by the idea of having my own roof cabana and haven't paid attention to much else at the building.     • Own Or Rent: Rent
    • Amenities: Dishwasher, Washer/Dryer, Backyard, Storage space
    • Who calls this place home?: Advertising Executive 
    • What's really good about this joint?: My landlords are amazing (they will even watch my cat when I go out of town), the amenities, lots of original details in the apartment.
    • What's really bad about this joint?: Being on the first floor makes it nearly impossible to watch a scary movie/show without getting totally paranoid about zombies or psycho killers.
