SNEAK PEEK OF TALDE'S NEW MENU

Dale Talde is working like crazy in preparation for TALDE's opening in early November, but he was rad enough to give us a sneak peak of the menu. 

Let me tell you this: it looks pretty fucking amazing.

While this menu is tentative and we're assured that there's WAY more to come, we over here at FIPS Headquarters can't stop drooling.

Pretzel pork and chive dumplings with spicy mustard

Grilled Lemongrass Chicken with romaine, pickled shallots, and spicy peanuts 

Soups and Salads

Iceberg wedge salad with Chinese bacon and “sri-rancha” dressing

Market Ramen Soup with smoked tofu, scallion, and white soy

Shanton Noodle Soup with pork wontons, Chinese ham, and broccoli rabe

Perilla Leaf Salad with toasted shrimp, coconut, and tamarind caramel
