Park Slope Craigslist Blotter
Cheapest Car for sale (with pictures) in Park Slope. $1300 feels like a lot of money for 20 year old piece of shit with 211,000 miles on the tires. I tried looking up the blue book value of it but instead of getting a number back it was just that tongue out emoticon.
I can’t believe I’m writing about houses right now. This place looks sweet. It’s currently the most expensive 2 bedroom apartment in Park Slope. $3700. A $700 one time building management fee is required. Is that normal? I’ve only lived in apartment shares with insane people off of Craigslist.
VCRs haven’t been the technology of choice in at least 10 years. Maybe longer. I mean people were still jerking off to Baywatch. Can you imagine masturbating to a cable show where nobody gets naked? It’s barbaric. VCRs were impossible to program and frequently broken/breaking but there was something cool about handling a VHS tape. It had weight to it.
This desk looks gorgeous. And it’s solid maple! Nice drawers. Vintage. Favorite flavor too, free. What’s the catch you ask? Well, it’s on the 5th floor of a walk up. That sucks. Imagine what it was like bringing it up there.
Not sure what really makes a missed connection anymore. I mean these two have banged. We know that in graphic, frankly arousing, detail. Sounds like this kid definitely didn’t miss. Hit it just right. I guess a “connection” isn’t really physical. It’s another personal level. We’re ships passing in the night.
MISSED CONNECTION: Send me a postcard
The first two MISSED CONNECTION posts we’re doing are w4m. Probably the first time that’s ever happened in the 100? 200? Karen, how many posts is the Blotter at? [Ed. note: More like 41] I used to scratch a tally on the wall of my prison cell. This girl wishes her lost love would send her a postcard. She wonders if he thinks about her. If I wasn’t so turned on by the previous post I think this would have moved me. It reminded me of an old season of Real World. One of the housemates would call her boyfriend at night and they’d both look at the moon. No matter how far away from each other they were they’d be looking at the same moon. And in that way they’d be together.
