"NO BBQ" SIGNS POSTED IN PROSPECT PARK: AN END TO GUERILLA GRILLING?

What do cigarettes and grills in New York City have in common these days? Seems like you can't light 'em up outdoors anywhere! 

No longer can we pull the “I had no idea!” scheme when grilling anywhere the fuck we want in the park. This excuse almost always works when dealing with park rangers, parking lot security, mall cops, and any law enforcement that is upwardly mobile via Segway or horse. 

Ten “No Barbecuing” signs have been posted around the park, and more enforcement officials have been hired to monitor the sitch on the weekends while our asses are mostly likely to be getting our “meat” on.

Complaints started rolling in due to reports that this guerilla-style bbqing was messing with the park’s plants, animals, and that it created some major fire hazards in the vicinity. I f*cking hate grilling in the park during the summer anyway…too damn hot for all that hot meat-scented air…but what about you Prospect Park grillers? You going to risk a $50 fine to Guerilla Grill in order to avoid the crowds?
