FARES = increased to $2 dollars and .50 fucking cents per ride!

Sorry Jim, but a $.50 increase is more than 20%. How big was your raise last year? 3 maybe 5%?

Having fares go up more than 30% in one year is completely absurd. Where's all the money going? And the State Senate that blocked the package from the Governor for bridge tolls clearly have their priorities mixed. Instead of raising the tolls for the few they are raising fares for the masses. Seriously, how many more people use MTA transportation in the city than drive over a few bridges? Anybody?
This sucks.
