Yogo Monster: C-H-C-H-AAAAANGES

Yo, I officially nominate Yogo Monster as the hardest working business in Park Slope. And I mean, I have no idea if any of this shit is actually working, but I gotta give them props for trying.

• First they opened as a normal yogurt shop. A rip off (and inferior IMHO) knock-off of Pinkberry and Red Mango, but beggars can't be choosers, so I still go there quite a bit during the summer.
• Then at some point last year they intro'd soft pretzels into the mix. How, in fact, soft pretzels fit in with tart yogurt, I'm not sure. But still: THEY'RE TRYING.
• Now, today I walked by and noticed a new gourmet coffee sign on the outside of the store. And espresso is spelled with a backwards "E!" It might be an encoded message!

But even still: yet again, they are iterating!

They've been closed for a reno for awhile, and Here's Park Slope tells me that they're about to re-open this Saturday. I have no idea if the soft pretzels will still be on hand, but as it's supposed to hit 70 degrees today, I'm totally down to get my yogurt Yogo on.
