Who Gives A Shit: What Are Your Fave BK Classes?

I noticed a thread on Brooklynian in which the poster was looking for suggestions for some Brooklyn cooking classes (and received some good ones, i.e. The Brooklyn Kitchen).

But then I started thinking: hey, I like classes and I don't really want to take a cooking class. So maybe there are some OTHER great Brooklyn classes out there!?

I recently took a real estate class at the Brooklyn Brainery (which offers classes on all sorts of stuff!) and I srsly loved it. So, spill it: what are some of your fave BK classes??
