[WHAT YOU SHOULD ORDER AT...] Juventino

WHAT YOU SHOULD ORDER AT... is a recurring column designed in kind for your opinionated asses and our lazy asses. We're going to pick one Park Slope resto a week and recommend our favorite dish at each. Are we right? Are we wrong? YOU KNOW YOU WANNA WEIGH IN.
What I like so much about Juventino (370 5th Ave, between 5th and 6th Sts, 718-360-8469) is that they manage to pull off that organic, farm-to-table bullshit without being snobby about it. They really care about the ingredients that they're serving. It manages to be both delightful and delicious, and THAT is the first time I've ever said the word "delightful" in my life.
Show up and order the Scallop Salad ($9). Served with nut brittle, brioche croutons, and creole-spiced vinaigrette, it's the best way to start the meal. You can hedge your bets on your entree; the Duo of Duck ($31) is awesome—duck confit ravioli, seared duck breast, and a quinoa salad—but so is the Roasted Giannone Chicken ($19), served with shallots, carrots, parsnips and white truffle honey.
What's your favorite thing to order at Juventino?
