Talde Makes it So You Don't Actually Have to Go to Talde

For a while there, FIPS went pretty hard on the Talde-related posts, with a heavy emphasis on Pork Slope. Over the course of two years, the guys behind Talde, Thistle Hill Tavern & Pork Slope became the belles of the ball or some shit in the Park Slope food scene, opening Pork Slope, making changes here & there at all three places and announcing their first locale outside of Park Slope with Talde Jersey City. There was always something going on with them.

Talde has continued to be their most acclaimed place, with former Top Chef contestant & Buddakan chef Dale Talde at the helm. People kinda go nuts for junk like his Pretzel Pork and Chive Dumplings. As we come up on 2015, Talde JC is getting ready to open their doors & here in Park Slope they've decided to take things to the next...or at least a NEW level at Talde. DELIVERY.

That's right...if you are fucking DONE with trying to deal with getting a table at Talde or hate the winter cold or are just plain lazy, you can make them bring the food to you. I mean...you won't get to appreciate the feeling of how cool you feel just for BEING in Talde, but I guess you don't really care about that.

Other than a post on Dale Talde's Instagram page mentioning the arrival of Talde delivery to Park Slope, South Slope & Windsor Terrace, details are scant. You can apparently call for delivery & there's some site called "Postmates" that's offering Talde delivery, so I guess you can order from there too. Based on what Postmates tells me, the brunch menu is apparently part of the delivery option. If that's not the best time to avoid trying to get a table at Talde, I don't know what is. I think you might have to download an app or some shit though to order though. Fucking technology.
