ATTN EVERYONE! IT MIGHT SNOW AGAIN TODAY!

IT MIGHT BE SNOWING RIGHT NOW!

THIS IS NOT A DRILL.

Just take all your garbage and dump it out the window...someone will pick it up in a couple of weeks. And you may as well drive your cars out into the middle of the road and eave em there. You won't get a ticket, cause the streets won't get plowed for dayzzzz.

JUST KIDDING!

Mikey Bloomberg promises it's gonna be different this time. LIKE HE SWEARS, PPL. Snow plows are gonna have GPS trackers-n-shit. There will be people with video cameras who will ROAM THE MOTHERFUCKING STREETS and transmit the video back to City Hall! It's maje!
