Rumor: Debi Mazar and hubby opening restaurant in old Fornino space???

I spotted her twice last summer -- once, enjoying an iced coffee outside of Konditori on 5th Ave., and another time filiming her Cooking Channel show, Extra Virgin, at the Grand Army Plaza Greenmarket. According to The Daily Meal, rumor has it that the couple is planning to open a restaurant in the old Fornino space: 

A source who prefers to remain anonymous confirmed that the couple has been in “serious negotiations” with the landlord.

So, that's cool. I wonder if she's still tight with Madonna?
