FIPS Crime Blotter: Stolen wheels

It's got to be a pretty big fucking bummer to go out to your car to find the wheels stolen and the car up on cinder blocks. FIPS received two tips about this happening last week on Sterling between 6th and 7th. They were both Toyota Venzas, so maybe there's something to that? Hopefully, this was a one-time thing. Have you seen anything like this in other parts of the 'hood?
