Prime 6 spot to serve burgers, not bottle service

Photo via Brownstoner.com

Untwist those panties, Park Slopers. The controversial club/lounge Prime 6 NYC that was looking to open its doors on 6th Avenue and Flatbush Avenue is no longer.

According to the Flatbush Avenue BID, the club lounge venue has been dialed down to another farm-to-table restaurant. The eatery, now called Woodland, will have its soft opening this Sunday.

And you guys were so worried about the potential "hoops and hip hop crowd" that would drive up noise levels, crime rates and lower property values. For nostalgia's sake, let us remember the dream of sultry women and bottle service that inspired the most ridiculous petition.

Now the only slutty piece of meat you'll find around those parts is your bourbon-infused steak. Grass-fed, of course.
