Is Park Slope's Grab Up For Grabs?

Recently Good Food Jobs posted an ad for a mystery Brooklyn specialty shop up for sale. Here's a partial description of the joint:

Financially sound business for sale in one of Brooklyn's best neighborhoods.  Established nearly 5 years ago, this is a fantastic opportunity to earn a nice income while operating a beautiful shop with an amazing selection of some of the finest craft beer, cheese, charcuterie, chocolate and coffee available. Has an extremely loyal and wonderful built-in clientele. Currently open 7 days a week with 5-6PT well trained, friendly employees.

My friend Pia emailed me and said, "It's Bierkraft -- let's BUY IT!" Grub Street's commenters think otherwise though. Commenter SH4 writes, "it's definitely grab in park slope - size and inventory is right, it's next to slope cellars and across from thistle hill. also owner just opened a new store in chelsea market..." A few on the site agreed.

What do you guys think? Is it Grab???
