Free Willie Nelson?

This message comes from FiPS reader Sam. I have never seen this thing, but it has certainly piqued my interest!

I may be stating something people have already pointed out, but do you know what the deal with the "Free Willie Nelson" RV / Van that has been parked around the slope? It was parked on 8th Avenue between 9th and 10th streets for about a week and then I saw it moved down the block on 8th Avenue towards 9th Street. Has anyone else pointed this out? Like where did it come from? Who is behind it and what are they trying to accomplish with this big vehicle? 

What are we freeing Willie from? The IRS (uh-gain)? Jail? Bad dick jokes?
