COOL SHIT: Nona Brooklyn's Brooklyn Food Chain

File under Next Level Brooklyn Foodie Porn: Nona Brooklyn's 'The Brooklyn Food Chain' Project. From their site site, the project is:

"a little experiment designed to link together Brooklyn chefs’ favorite bites. Each week, contributor Mariko Makino will ask a local chef to name one of their local go-to dishes – something they can’t get enough of when they’re heading out for a bite. With her weekly pick in hand, Mariko will chat with its creator about how it’s prepared, and ask that chef in turn to name their favorite, adding another link to ‘The Brooklyn Food Chain.’

The first installment just went up on June 28 and starts in this far away land thing called Bushwick, so it hasn't reached the Slope yet, but I'm probably not alone in thinking it'll slither its way here soon. Check out the project here--and yes, this is me actually endorsing something, not deriding it. Color you impressed. And color me hungry for that Mexican Bomb sushi thing (though never fear, Jpan and Toyo, we don't do the L train 'round these parts).

Anyway, I know we already asked you about your Last Supper, but what single Park Slope dish would you add to the Brooklyn Food Chain?
