Blessed in Park Slope: we're getting a salad place!

Bitch... and they will come.

We here at FiPS have spent the past year complaining about how there are no good salad places in this neighborhood. So far, the best option we've found may or may not be the salad bar at Methodist hospital. But all that is about to change.

Recently, a rep from Just Salad emailed to tell us that our wishes have been granted! It appears that the chain, which includes seasonal salads like this autumn's "Fall Superfood" (spinach, kale, red cabbage mix, roasted butternut squash, brocolli, pumpkin seeds, wheatberries, fresh beets, sesame grilled tofu), will set up shop in the space that formerly housed the Park Slope Eatery on 7th Avenue between 4th and 5th streets.
