BK Library and BK Industries Pair up to make cool t-shirts For a Good Cause

 Want to support the BK Public Library while wearing a t-shirt with a book on it? (think of it as Brooklyn's version of "put a bird on it.") 

Brooklyn Public Library and local retailer Brooklyn Industries have come together to design a limited edition t-shirt for men, women and children to benefit the library's annual Support our Shelves campaign. The shirts, which retail for $28, will be available through May 7, 2012 online and in select Brooklyn store locations. Twenty percent of the proceeds will go to Brooklyn Public Library to purchase new materials such as books, DVDs and eBooks.

Just buy it (think of it as Brooklyn's version of "Just Do It").
