[What You Should Order At...] Pork Slope

WHAT YOU SHOULD ORDER AT... is a recurring column designed in kind for your opinionated asses and our lazy asses.  When the mood strikes, we pick one Park Slope resto and recommend our favorite dish.  Are we right?  Are we wrong?  YOU KNOW YOU WANNA WEIGH IN.   

With kale salad popping up on practically every menu these days, and frozen yogurt joints taking over every block like a disease, Pork Slope stands out in our neighborhood as something gluttonous and wonderful. I was beginning to think Park Slope had lost all touch with the culinary diversity for which New York is known. While I often crave Sun in Boom's LIVE food as much as any true Park Sloper, nothing shows such food promiscuity (and potential) as a good BBQ place.
