You Dirty, Dirty Mattress

This sad, discarded futon was recently spotted on 3rd street between 6th/7th ave. 

I truly hope the person who got close enough to this futon to write the passive aggressive note did not actually get bed bugs, which is why a law exists that states we must cover our discarded mattresses. 

Any of you FIPS readers ever hear of someone being fined for this shit?
