This week in Park Slope car vandalism

It's only Wednesday, and we've already received two tips about separate incidents of car vandalism in the Slope this week. First up, on Montgomery Place:
On Sunday the police were on my block. During the night, thieves came, put an escalade on blocks and took all four wheels. Happened again last night to a second Escalade.
Dayum. Paging all Slope-living Escalade owners who park on the street. Seriously, who are you people? Don't you know the Park Slope car of choice is a Suburu?
Next up, we got this note and photo:
Saw this on my block this morning (7th between St. John's and Lincoln). Totally burned out, broken windows and water all around. But I really don't remember hearing any sirens last night.
