Park Slope the Unlikely Backdrop for VH1's Top 20 Countdown

In this week's biggest Park Slope WTF moment, luxury rental building The Arias  announced that VH1 will host this week's Top 20 Countdown in front of various Slope businesses, including El Pollito and Bierkraft. I don't know about you guys, but when I hear Lady Gaga and the Bieb I IMMEDIATELY think of pork burritos and beer growlers.

What a Brooklyn Broker Thinks of The Park Slope Arias

The Arias / Barclays Center Rendering Artist: TAKE NOTE! Recently I attended Broker’s Night at The Arias, a giant new residential building on 4th ave and Douglass that saw its first residents move in at the beginning of July, and is now 70% occupied, according to their website. The evening, which is meant to woo the 40+ attending brokers into enticing their clients to rent, was spent ogling a 1 bedroom model room and gorging on food and booze on the building's roof deck. All in all, not a bad night spent.
