Starbucks coming to Flatbush and 7th

Well, whaddya know? According to Here's Park Slope, Starbucks will take over the giant space left empty by Five Guys on the corner of Flatbush and 7th. Given that it's two steps away from the entrance to the B/Q, that seems like a good spot for the coffee chain. And, with all that space, there should be plenty of tables/couches/stools for those hard-working screenwriters/authors/bloggers who are sick of the smell of dirty diapers at the Tea Lounge. What do you think: good move, or beginning of the end?
