SOTTO VOCE SHUT DOWN BY CITY

FiPS reader The Dusty Rebel just sent us these two signs, which he claims are currently posted outside of Sotto Voce on 7th Avenue. Looks like the restaurant is making a good attempt at damage control by saying that it's all a misunderstanding over their sidewalk cafe license (otherwise one might read "operating illegally" and think "possible drug front").
