Patrick Stewart: Everybody's New Favorite Slope Celeb

Image via mashable.comI think it's official. Patrick Stewart has replaced Buscemi and Turturro as neighborhood's most celebrated celebrity. Last week, Sir Patrick tweeted a pic of a baby bird in his Park Slope yard and the internet took notice. As if that wasn't crazy enough, this week he tweeted a picture of himself eating his "first slice" of pizza, and the internet went BANANAS. It seems like every media outlet in existence covered the phenomenon of this 70-something trying his first slice of New York, pick-it-up-with-your-hands style pizza. Yeesh. What next? Oh, right. At a conference called Comicpalooza in Texas, he hugged a woman who thanked him for speaking out about domestic violence. Here, just watched this video:
