Looks like Clueless's Cher Horowitz packed her yellow plaid jacket and white feather boa, and relocated from Beverly Hills to Park Slope. She'll totes be your BFF if you PAH-ROMISE (pretty please) to keep your mangy-ass mutt from pissing near her stoop. Oh, and if you were thinking about maybe rubbing your bedbug-infested ass against the sign, stop right this instant because it's been treated.
