Park Slope Craigslist Blotter

Pet adoption has been coming up a lot in my life lately.  Also it's something very dear to me since my sweet prince B-man was a rescue. I miss you Buddy! We shy away from the Craigslist post involving them because it's sad, bro. And there are so many it would flood the Blotter if we did it every week.  I don't even know if we can help. We're going to try though. So here are some of the best pet posts on Craigslist this week.

ADOPT: Gizmo – Black and White Cookie Cat

You can feed this Gizmo after midnight but he'll probably be peacefully sleeping in your bed. He doesn't have AIDS and loves other cats. That's good because if you have one cat you should really get him a buddy. Most of them are much happier that way.

ADOPT: Patsy –Chill Cat

What's shaking? Apparently it's Patsy. She was recently diagnosed with epilepsy. L She's doing fine now that she's on medicine though. She was a street rescue but she loves people! Cuddle this cat. She's got half a mustache too.

ADOPT: Liza Sparkle – More like sprinkles

I happen to like a very special kind of cat. Yeah, I'm all about that feline FUPA. Liza here is one fat cat. You've got to love grabbing up a chunky kitty. They're squishy and lazy. She's good with dogs too. Maybe you can pair her up with one of the next posts.

ADOPT: Pitbull – I Know You Want Me (Calle Ocho)

Some disgusting monster tied Mandy to a pole and just left her. Fortunately Rebound Hounds was able to rescue her before she was destroyed in some shelter. Did you know that more pit bulls are euthanized than all other breeds combined? In Los Angeles over 200 are destroyed every single damn day. However, they can be loving, beautiful dogs if given a chance.

ADOPT: Butters – Professor Chaos

 Ever wonder why unattractive people are called dogs? You're going to want to click this link. I had an ugly dog as a kid though. She had giant pointy ears, they were each bigger than her entire head. We called her Bat Dog. She was a great, loving dog though. She liked to watch TV with us.

ADOPT: Caramel – Ridgeback Mix in DANGER

No jokes this time. This is real and this is why if you are looking for a pet you shouldn't pay money to a breeder. Caramel hasn't done anything wrong. Her owners gave her up and she hasn't bit anybody or barked at anybody. She's scared because she's in fucking dog jail and she's about to be killed. I hate that word euthanized.  Good luck Caramel. I hope you find your home.
