Ok, who is doing what?
I can commit to being on Flatbush near the Flatbush Pavillion around 8:00am - FLIP cam at the ready. You there, joe_paluka sir: can you confirm what time you actually first spotted Norma on Monday morning?
FIPSERS: If you take the Q or the 2 or the 4 5 6 or whatever you north slopers use to get to work, please: the least you can do is bring a digital camera or an iPhone with you on your thankless commute. If you see Nessie Norma, please get as many non-harassing legally-acquired photographs of her as you can, and send them to us immediately. If she's wearing pants though, I guess you should just leave her alone. Or not.

I usually head home from the dog park around 8:45, so I would say PPW at 8:45/8:50, Plaza Street at 8:55; Flatbush between 8:50-9:00AM.
PS if you get video, please get a variety of angles.
