[MADE IN BK] Kings County Distillery

So, maybe you got laid off from your job.  Around day 57 of your unemployment, the fun of not having to go into work and be in an office wears off.  You've watched every episode of Breaking Bad on Netflix Instant View and your cat seems to be mocking you.  So you start coming up with get rich quick schemes.  Making liquor in your bathtub is high on your list.

Stop right there.  You don't know what you're doing.  And let's be real, you don't want to make the stuff, you just want to drink it.

So, check out Kings County Distillery instead.  It's New York City’s oldest operating whiskey distillery, the first since before prohibition. Kings County makes hand-crafted bourbon and moonshine right here in Brooklyn and has racked up an impressive amount of accolades.

You can pick up flasks of bourbon and moonshine all over the city, but if you don't want to leave Park Slope (why would you?), you can get 'em at 7th Ave Wine & Liquor, Prospect Wine Shop, and Red, White, & Bubbly.
