Los Angeles Neighborhood Voted #1 Best Hipster Neighborhood (Suck it, Williamsburg)

Well well well. Looks like Williamsburg is a little short on handlebar mustaches, flannel and fixies, because according to Forbes magazine, it is not the best hipster neighborhood in the United States. Nor is it the second.

Forbes recently named LA's Silver Lake neighborhood as "America's Best Hipster Neighborhood," with San Fransisco's Mission District placing 2nd and Williamsburg taking the bronze.

Thank goodness no one will ever beat out Park Slope for "America's Best Neighborhood For Breeding and Passive-Aggressive Note-Writing!"
