Ok, so Gothamist called Ed Casabian a "house hopping hipster" but I hate hipsters...and I srsly liked this dude (he's also single, ladies). But the NYC Nomad, *does* move to a diff part of the city every week and sleeps on people's floors (NYT and Gothamist).
South Slope: still not as cool as North Slope, but getting there! (fave line from article: "As many as 80 strollers can be lined up at the armory on any given day...") GAAAAAAH. (WSJ).
I'm so glad parents are finally comfortable enough to talk about their kid's boners...it's ridiculous that they have felt stifled all these years! Say it loud and say it proud: my kid's well hung! (STFU Parents).
Some great winter dog tips from FIDO. Here's our tip: don't tie your dog up outside of Ace Supermarket...his coat will probs get stolen (FIDO).
Speaking of dogz, I'm in love with this blog: A Brooklyn Dog's Life (via @ParkSlopeGossip).
A new restaurant called Soigne is opening up in the old Magnolia space on 6th ave and 12th street.Obvs I totally hate the name, but I'll give it a shot cause the couple who's running it looks pretty cute (Park Slope Patch).
The Park Slope 100 list came out. Allison was on it, but the rest of it bored me to tears. You? (Only The Blog Knows Brooklyn).
