ICYMI: Crazy Flooding on 4th Avenue This Morning

Park Slope Stoop got some great photos of the flooding caused by the intense downpour that brought two inches of water down in a very short period of time. Root Hill Cafe tweeted a shot of the water coming up to their door. How soaked did you get on the way to work?
