ICYMI: Ashley Madison Claims Park Slope Has the Most Cheaters in NYC

In what could only be an attempt to ruin Valentine's Day for a whole bunch of suspicious spouses, Ashley Madison -- "the world's leading married dating service for discreet encounters" -- released data on Friday that showed which NYC neighborhoods harbor the highest number of their users, and guess which nabe topped the list? That's right! Our very own Park Slope moved ahead of last year's winner, Great Neck. 

Naturally, everybody picked up the story, from Gothamist to the New York Post, which, I mean, I get it. I guess. We're all supposed to go "ZOMG! Park Slope has the highest number of cheating cheaters who cheat on their husbands/wives and snicker, snicker, snicker. It must mean all the married people here are miserable in their dumb marriages with their dumb kids, and hahahaha." Whatever. I'm sure the cheating people would never lie about their zip code and this info is totally accurate. You just know there are people who actually live in Windsor Terrace and Gowanus who are pretending to live here. It's like using a fake address to get your kid into 321.

Props to the people using Ashley Madison for at least trying to be discreet, right?
