Gothamist Gives Us The Scoop On NYC's Haunted Houses

Our friends at Gothamist recently posted a review of the top 5 "scariest" haunted houses in NYC. Overall, it sounds like our big city is lacking serious scare tactics. The Blackhout Haunted House was described as "someone's rape fantasy, has overt sexual connotations, and scares the living daylights out of you. Couldn't get through it. Just gross." And Madame Tassauds haunted house of... wax figures? Meh. I'd rather spend my money on Sleep No More.
