Got $120K To Blow On This Park Slope Restaurant?

Last week a Park Slope restaurant/wine bar was listed for sale on Craigslist. I'm pretty sure that's where all the hoity toity rich people look for their big-ticket buys. They just go to the "comically large purchases for Craigslist" section and put "black market babies" in the minimum column and "uninhabited islands" in the maximum and click SEARCH! 

The joint is 800 square feet both indoors AND out, with a monthly rent of $4,000. It's also important to note the "awesome dinning area" (their choice of spelling, not mine). It's located on 5th ave between 6th and 7th street. Based on the single patio photo, can anyone name the mystery joint? RACE IS ON!
