Garbage Men Are Lazy?

Am I missing something, or are the garbage men supposed to PICK UP the garbage, and like take it away somewhere?

OK, so then WHY THE FUCK are the streets of Park Slope waaaaay dirtier right *after* the garbage men come then they are before they get here??? I understand these bitches need to keep a schedule-n-shit, but could those guys be any sloppier??
