Dog Gets Goosed in Prospect Park

Luckily for us, an anon FIPS reader was walking by Dog Beach in Prospect Park this weekend when all hell broke loose...over a goose.

Apparently some amorous pup developed an uncontrollable crush on one of the few geese left in the park that hadn't been executed in a gas chamber. And this pup fell HARD. So hard, in fact, that he dove into the lake and took off after the Goose.

The two swam around and around, with the goose obvs playing hard to get, until the dog's owner (at least I assume she was the owner), decided to dive in and try and break her dog out of its love spell.

Oh wait, but this was after some concerned bird watchers called the Park Police cause they were worried the goose might get hurt *before* it was actually sent to the gas chamber.

Anyway, the dog's owner was quite a strong swimmer, apparently and so she caught him before the five-oh actually showed up! Yay!

And her parting words after getting out of the lake were "God, that was so gross."

I think we can all learn a lesson here: FUCK THE PO-LICE.
