Brooklyn Blogger's Meetup...For A Cause

On Tuesday May 17th, all our fave blogs/sites (FIPS, duh, The Skint, Brokelyn and Brooklyn Based) are throwing our second annual Brooklyn Blogger's Meetup at the Bell House. AND, it's being sponsored by Signpost, the social network for bargain hunters. Yay!

Last year, this get together was OFF THE HOOK. We had tons of fab bloggers, and pretty much everyone got shitfaced.

Tix are $5 each, but that's because we're raising money for a really amazing cause.

We're donating 100% of our proceeds from ticket sales that evening to a local Brooklyn family in need. Nathan Bond and his wife Elisa were each diagnosed with advanced stage cancer the very same week. Their friends and family have banded together and are helping the couple raise funds to deal with their ever growing medical bills, as well as the care of their 18-month-old daughter Sadie. So, yeah we hope you'll come out and hang with the bloggeratti. Of course we'll have some blogger lager beer specials, and OF COURSE we have our own damn hashtag (#bkblogs) and O-F  C-O-U-R-S-E we'll have stupid nametags.
