'Are You Gonna Touch My Balls?'

Let's be honest: this is a question we've ALL had at some point or another: "are you going to touch my balls?"

For this man on Bay Parkway, the answer was a resounding yes. Too bad the person who agreed to touch em was some dude walking by during rush hour.
