Who Gives A Shit?: Going back to a restaurant that made you sick.

Image via jobspapa.com

Over the weekend, I had big plans to go with the family for one final meal at Two Boots (first attempt on Friday night was thwarted when I approached the hostess who said there was a two hour wait unless I had a reservation -- SAY WHAT??.  In talking to friends about it, two different people told me they'd gotten food poisoning after eating there once, and would never go back. Never happened to me there, but in a similar vein (pun intended...wait for it), I once bit into a chicken sandwich from Burger King and hit what felt like a rubber band. No more Burger King after that!

Does getting sick from -- or biting into something nasty at -- a restaurant make you say "You're dead to me," or are you the kind of person who can boot and rally?
