Where Is The Best Block In NYC? In Park Slope, Bien Sur

So, Time Out NY just released a list of their top five fave blocks in NYC and guess who the fuck is front-n-center? P to the ark to the S to the lope.

Though I don't *think* the list is any particular order, 7th Ave between 8th and 9th Streets IS first pick, and so I'm gonna go ahead an interpret that as meaning its also TONY's favorite [i.e. yet again, WE RULE and u suck].

They do a little breakdown of all of the businesses on that stretch of 7th avenue, though I think most of them can easily be ignored save for one very important, not-to-be-missed Park Slope institution: 7th Ave Donuts.

I DID also get my glasses at Urban Optical back when we lived in S. Slope, and...OH WAIT, Video Gallery is also v. cool (and they have dog treats in there). And one more: Prospect Wine Shop I also really dig.

But if I'm being really honest, the only reason I'd actually ever get my fat ass to walk all the way down there is for 7th Ave Donuts.

Anyway, congrats to Park Slope! (and Parowpyro, pls take note: 7th ave between 8th/9th sts has already been declared one of the best blocks in NYC, so it seems to me that warrants an extra point or two in any future Block-Offs).
