Was There a Swat Team in Park Slope This Morning?

Was a FUCKING HOSTAGE NEGOTIATION TEAM working their magic on 8th Street this morning? One FiPS reader claims to have seen a large handful of cop cars and men in SWAT gear coming in and out of a house earlier today:
I live on 8th street at 7th avenue, and about a half hour ago, I heard some persistent loud voices. I looked out the window and saw some larger police vehicles blocking the end of 8th street. I looked up 8th street towards 8th ave and saw countless other similar police trucks, a handful of unmarked cards, and a couple of regular police cars.  I counted at least 14 police type vehicles, and I feel like there could have been more outside of my view.  The trucks said 'Emergency Services', which I didn't know what that meant.  But I looked it up after I saw a couple of guys emerging from a nearby building with helmets on and riot gear type shields.  So, yeah, it was the SWAT team apparently:

I witnessed the aforementioned guys calmly exiting the building and a lot of other police standing around, talking loudly and laughing amongst themselves.  So, WHO KNOWS? As the vehicles left, I saw that one truck had 'NYPD - Hostage Negotiation Unit' emblazoned on the side of it.

Did anyone else see this go down?
