[SPONSORED] Experience Historic Perfection at Park Union

Experience perfection that lasts a lifetime in the heart of historic Park Slope at Park Union.

Located at 910 Union Street between 8th Avenue and Grand Army Plaza, Park Union was originally built in 1914 and has been meticulously transformed into 15 condominium residences. The seven-story development is comprised of two one-bedroom, two two-bedroom and 11 three-bedroom homes, most of which have outdoor space and breathtaking views of Grand Army Plaza. The residences at Park Union range in size from 735 to 1,905 square feet, and are priced from $865,000 to $2,295,000.

With the addition of four new stories and a complete gut-renovation of the interior of Park Union, the developers’ goal was to preserve as much of the original detailing as possible, while creating new construction in the Beaux-Arts architectural style. Elements of the original building were restored, including the lobby’s grand stairwell connecting the first and second floors and the building’s façade. Lending to the historic feel, the Park Union lobby features hand-forged iron doors, hand-designed mosaic tiles, crown moldings, and period-inspired lighting fixtures and finishes. Additionally, the developers commissioned the renowned Sculptor Michael Alfano to replicate 12 exquisite bronze medallions, a popular detail from buildings in the early 20th century, which appear on the railings facing Union Street.
