Participatory Budgeting Neighborhood Assembly Is Tonight!

Remember when we asked what you guys would do with $1 million to spend in Park Slope? Well tonight's your chance to voice that shit! Councilmember Brad Lander is holding the first neighborhood assembly of the participatory budgeting initiative, which gives residents the power to decide where that capital funding money will go. Less broken sidewalks? More money for schools? Or, as FiPS commenter JellyJelly recommended, "There's nothing on earth like a genuine, bona fide, electrified, six-car Monorail!"

The meeting is going down tonight at 6:30PM in the Old First Reformed Church (729 Carroll Street). You can RSVP here and get even more info HERE.
