Oscar-Winning Let It Go Inspired by Walks in Prospect Park

Image via New York Times CarpetbaggerAs if it wasn't cool enough to merely have Frozen's Oscar-winning couple, Bobby and Kristin Lopez, living right here in Park Slope, in an interview with the Carpetbagger, the Awards Season Blog of the New York Times, they say the inspiration for Let It Go came from spending time in Prospect Park:

We would sometimes ask Disney for pictures just to inspire us, but in this case it was just taking a walk in our own backyard, basically, that kind of put a picture in our head and allowed us to...improv.

Now, this is all sweet and whatever, but will this news inspire aspiring artists everywhere to invade our park and expect to write something brilliant? Oh, wait.
