Open thread: Summer Cocktails

Okay FIPSters. It's hot as balls out there. Surviving in this city during a heat wave practically requires a cocktail at the end of the day -- you need something to erase the memory of inhaling an entire subway car's worth of B.O. -- and as far as I'm concerned, it should be icy and go down like water. I overheard a dude order red wine the other night, and I thought, really?? Not even a rosé? 

Sapphire and tonic is my go-to refreshing drink of choice, although I tried a tea-infused vodka drink at Bar Corvo recently that was pretty tasty. Do you change your drink order when the temperature rises? What's your poison?
