Norman & Jules: A New Toy Shop Coming to 7th Avenue

This sign was just spotted on the storefront of 158 7th Avenue, formerly the home of Eyes on the Slope (PS: I really hope that "Norm" of "Norman & Jules" is a toddler who wears a little brown, corduroy jackets, and evertime he waddles into the store, everyone inside yells, "NORM!").
